For most of my early life, I carried extra weight, low confidence, and the feeling that my best version was always just out of reach. At 96kg, I knew something had to change β€” not just for my body, but for my mindset, my discipline, and my future.

That one decision to start transformed everything. My background as a microbiologist helped me approach fitness with science, not shortcuts. I understood how the body responds to nutrition, training, stress and recovery β€” and I used that knowledge to redesign my life.

Slowly, the numbers changed: 96kg… 90… 82… 75… all the way to 57kg. But more importantly, my identity changed. I became consistent. I became disciplined. I became someone who doesn't quit.

And then something I never imagined happened β€” I stepped on stage and won the ICN Transformation Gold Medal. That moment wasn't about the medal. It was proof that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results with the right plan, the right guidance, and the right mindset.

Once you enroll, you'll get access to a dedicated app where your personalised workout and diet plans will be provided. You can also track your daily progress, log your workouts, and enter your calorie intake β€” all in one place. Everything is designed to keep you accountable and on track.

Yes, gym access is compulsory. Most of our workout programs are gym-based because resistance training gives the best results β€” in terms of fat loss, muscle building, and long-term body transformation. If you don't currently have a gym membership, we strongly recommend getting one before you start.

Not necessarily β€” it depends on your level. For beginners, simple portion control and food awareness is enough to start seeing results. For intermediate and advanced clients, tracking calories and macros becomes important to fine-tune progress and break through plateaus. Your plan will be set up accordingly.

Absolutely. Our approach is about balance, not restriction. You'll learn how to include your favourite foods in a way that still supports your progress. The goal is to build a lifestyle you can maintain β€” not a diet you have to escape from.

Your workout plan is built specifically around your goal, experience level, current body condition, and weekly time availability. Nothing is copy-pasted or generic β€” every program is structured and progressive, designed to get you the best results in the most efficient way possible.

Progress is tracked using a combination of body weight, body measurements, progress photos, and strength improvements in the gym. Weekly check-ins are done to review how you're doing and adjustments are made to your plan based on the data.

That's completely fine β€” life happens. Consistency over the long run matters far more than being perfect every single day. Our focus is on getting you back on track quickly, not punishing you for one off day. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Results depend heavily on your consistency and effort. Most clients notice visible changes within 2–4 weeks. Significant transformations are typically visible by 8–12 weeks. The longer the plan, the deeper and more permanent the change.

Real transformation takes time. A one-month plan won't give you lasting results β€” it will only scratch the surface. We believe in doing this properly. Our shortest plan is 3 months (BAT 90) because that's the minimum time needed to build real habits and see meaningful change.

No. Once your personalised plan is created and coaching begins, the work has already been done. We put real time and effort into building your program from day one. That said, we are fully committed to supporting you through the entire duration of your plan.

Coaching is 100% online. You don't need to be in any specific city or location to join. Everything β€” your plans, check-ins, progress tracking, and support β€” is delivered remotely, so you can train from wherever you are.

Before onboarding, you'll fill out a comprehensive health questionnaire covering your medical history, any injuries, and current physical condition. Based on your responses, we'll determine the safest and most effective approach for you. Your health always comes first.
